INSURANCE POLICY FOR 2004 FOR NON - REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, with the adoption of the 2004 budget on October 30, 2003, a 3%
across - the -board increase in the 2004 wages and salaries for non - represented County
employees was approved; and
WHEREAS, with the adoption of the 2004 budget on October 30, 2003, the non-
union employees are covered by a separate health insurance policy (as opposed to the
past where union and non -union were covered under the same policy), and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends that a resolution be adopted
acknowledging the above actions and implementation thereof.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
acknowledges the wage increase for non - represented employees and the implementation
of a separate health insurance policy for non -union employees, effective January 1, 2004.

union status; and

acknowledges the wage increase for non - represented employees and the implementation
of a health insurance policy inclusive of non -union status employees, effective January 1,
2004.
