BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN

WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends that, in order to clarify compensation of
County Board supervisors attending the Wisconsin County Association Annual Meeting, the Rules and
By -laws of the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin be amended as follows:
Article VI, Section C. County Board Supervisor Per Diems
4. Wisconsin County Association Annual Meeting. Supervisors are
encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting of the Wisconsin Counties
Association and to participate in seminars and other educational
opportunities. Supervisors are especially encouraged to participate in
sessions that are relevant to their committee assignments. Supervisors
shall be paid a regular per diem not to exceed the Full Day per diem for
each day of attendance and travel in compliance with these Rules and By-
Laws. Expenses shall be reimbursed in compliance with current Travel
and Expense Reimbursement Policy.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the amendment
set forth above be and are hereby approved.
