HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 2003 RESOLUTION CHANGING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING TIMES Resolution No. St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, Article V, sec. A.1. of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors Rules and Bylaws provides that meetings of the Board shall begin at 9:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise designated by the Chair; and WHEREAS, it has been the practice of the Board to start the May and June meetings at 7:00 p.m. and to start all other meetings at 9:00 a.m. (no meeting is scheduled in February or July); and WHEREAS, in order to: 1) promote the convenience of County residents in attending Board meetings and in serving on the Board; and (2) avoiding conflicts with meetings of the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee and the Health and Human Services Board, it is advisable to hold more evening meetings. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Board meeting in August, September and October will begin at 7:00 p.m. Offered by the Administration Committee on June 17, 2003.
