CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE

ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, the County Transportation Committee acquired from Daniel Casey
approximately 118 acres of land in the Town of Stanton (SW %4 - SW 1 /4 of Sec. 11 —
T31N-R17W) for a gravel pit; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee desires to return 3.99 acres of this parcel,
which is not suitable for gravel mining, to Daniel J. Casey; and
WHEREAS, the 3.99 acre parcel is described as Lot 1 of the Certified Survey Map
(CSM) recorded in Volume 16, Page 4331, Document No. 683539, St. Croix County
Register of Deeds office.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
conveyance of the above - described parcel of 3.99 acres to Daniel J. Casey is approved
and the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the County Clerk are authorized to sign a
warranty deed for the parcel.
