RESOLUTION NO. ,3 S 6A 66 �)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the office of St. Croix County Highway
Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes § 17.22, the Board of Supervisors shall fill a
vacancy in the Highway Commissioner's office by appointment for a term which shall expire the
first Monday of January of the second year next succeeding the appointment (January 5, 2004);
and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee has interviewed applicants and recommends
that Tim E. Ramberg be appointed Highway Commissioner;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, that Tim E.
Ramberg is appointed St. Croix County Highway Commissioner, effective immediately, for a
term which expires on January 5, 2004.
