TO WILLIAMS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Williams Communications, Inc., doing business as Vyvx, Inc. in Wisconsin,
is acquiring easements for the construction of an interstate fiber optics line; and
WHEREAS, the fiber optics line is proposed to cross St. Croix County's Wildwood Trail
in section 35 of the Town of Eau Galle; and
WHEREAS, Williams Pipeline Company presently has a petroleum pipeline crossing
Wildwood Trail and the fiber optics line would be located within that easement and would be 10
feet in width; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has reviewed the request and
does not object to it; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the request and recommends the
easement be granted at a cost of not less that $300.00.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that an
easement ten feet in width within the present Williams Pipeline Company easement, at a cost of
not less than $300.00, be granted to Williams Communications, Inc.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the County Board Chair and the County Clerk are
authorized to sign an easement agreement after the agreement is approved as to form by the
Corporation Counsel Office.
