AGREEMENT FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES

WHEREAS, negative environmental impacts to the surrounding community are probable
if a casino is located in the City of Hudson; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends not negotiating an agreement for
government services with the casino applicants without resolutions of support for the casino
from the City of Hudson and the Town of Troy.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that an
agreement for government services shall not be negotiated by the County with the casino
applicants unless the City of Hudson and the Town of Troy adopt resolutions of support for the
casino.
