ADMINISTRATION OF THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND ESTABLISHED WITH
FUNDS FROM WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE GRANTS
RESOLUTION NO. 46
St. Croix County
WHEREAS, the County has received grants through the Wisconsin Department of
Commerce under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG -ED), Economic
development Program; and
WHEREAS, said grants are being paid back to the County according to the terms and
conditions of the loans; and
WHEREAS, the County has established an economic development revolving loan fund
under guidelines of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, the Loan Committee of the St. Croix County Economic Development
Corporation has prepared a manual, called the St. Croix County Business Development Revolving
Loan (RLF) Fund Manual, to oversee administration of the program income which may accrue to
a special revolving loan fund account to be held by the County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that St. Croix County hereby approves the St.
Croix County Business Development Revolving Loan (RLF) Fund Manual; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Economic Development
Corporation and its designated loan committee shall have all powers as specified in the adopted
manual to carry out the responsibilities of the program.
