Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board Meetings. 3/13/2012 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on March 15, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Baldwin Agriculture Service & Education Center, 1960 Stn Ave., Baldwin, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s): REZONING APPLICANT: Jason & Annette Connett LOCATION: Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 10, T29N, RI 6W, Town of Baldwin ADDRESS: 1069 245' St, Baldwin, WI REQUEST: To rezone approximately 2.61 acres from Agriculture to Ag- Residential pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. WAIVER APPLICANT: Carl Schnieder LOCATION: Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE1 /4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE1 /4, Section 5, T3 IN, RI 9W, Town of Somerset ADDRESS: 351 Polk/St. Croix Rd, Osceola, WI REQUEST: To request a waiver to the 170' minimum lot width and the maximum 4 tol depth to width ratio pursuant to Section 13.7 G. 2.d. and 13.7 G.2.h. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.
