ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Committee Minutes)

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Article IV, Section B, paragraph 4 states:
Unofficial minutes of committee meetings shall be prepared and mailed
within 2 weeks of the meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends clarifying that provision to
reflect that the unofficial minutes are to be mailed to the members of the committee for which the
minutes are prepared within 2 weeks of the meeting, and when the committee approves the
minutes a copy of the official minutes shall be mailed to all supervisors in the next official County
Clerk mailing.
WHEREAS, the County Board believes all supervisors should get copies of the unofficial
committee meeting minutes.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby
amends its Rules and By -Laws, Article IV, Section B., paragraph 4 to read as follows:
4. The unofficial minutes of a committee meeting shall be prepared and mailed
to all supervisors within 2 weeks of the meeting.
