ZONING DISTRICT MAP
Resolution No. / 6
WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson has approved amendments to its zoning District
Map, which is part of the zoning ordinance, Section 1.4.1; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson approved the following rezonements as follows:
June 29. 1994: Rezonement of 5.03 acres from Ag /Residential to Industrial for the John
Gies property. Location: 5.03 acres in Section 20 as shown in the 94-A -1 of the
St. Croix County Highway Department Plan of proposed Improvements to Roads.
August 31. 1994; Rezonement of approximately 65 acres from Industrial to
Ag /Residential for the Barbara Richardson property. Location: 65 acres in the NE % of
the NW 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 22 and the NE' of the NW' of the NW' of Section
22; and: Rezonement of approximately 80 acres from Ag /Residential to Industrial of the
Barbara Richardson property. Location: 80 acres located in the SW % of the NW '/ of
Section 22.
March 27. 1996; Rezonement request of Orlin Stromme from Commercial to Commercial/
Light Industrial. Location: Parcel Number 307A , 18.960 acres located in the NW % of
the SE 1 /4 of Section 27, T29N -R19W exc. S. 20.01 acres + exc. CSM 6/1726.
October 9. 1996: Rezonement request of John Sausen and Sheldon Nascene from
Commercial to Commercial /Light Industrial of the following parcels: 302F, 9.73 acres;
303C -20, 3.28 acres; 304A, 11.90 acres; 305A, 21.07 acres and 308A, 17.41 acres.
January 7. 1998: Rezonement of C.R. Hackworthy property from Ag /Residential to
Residential. Location: Lot 1, CSM vol. 6, Pg 1555, parcel 197K located between County
Road UU and Jacobs Lane. Lot 1 will be rezoned to residential in its entirety. (The east
148.3 feet will be rezoned as the remainder is already residential).
April 26. 1999; Rezonement of Erlin Nuessmeir property from Industrial to
Ag /Residential. Location: Parcel 155C located at 904 Daily Road in part of the SE ' of
the SE Y of Section 17, T29N -R19W, consisting of 1.5 acres.
The zoning of the above described parcels have been documented as shown on the
attached maps.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes and Section 7.0 of the Town
Ordinance requires in counties having a county zoning ordinance that no town zoning
ordinance amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective unless approved by the county
board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has reviewed the
proposed amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
amendments to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance set out above are hereby
approved.
