RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE FOR COUNTY BOARD MEETINGS

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Article V, Section A, Rules and By -Laws of the Board of Supervisors,
establishes meeting times for the regular monthly meetings of the County Board, stating that the
Board shall meet the third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise
designated by the Chair (no regular sessions are scheduled for February or July); and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board to establish a more specific schedule for the times
of its regular meetings as follows: Meetings in November through March will begin at 9:00 a.m. and
meetings in April through October will begin at 7:00 p.m. (Still no regular meetings scheduled for
February or July. The Chair can still designate other times.)
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that:
1. The regular monthly County Board meetings in November through March will begin
at 9:00 a.m.;
2. The regular monthly County Board meetings in April through October will begin at
7:00 p.m.;
3. The Chair may still designate other times for meetings;
4. No regular session is scheduled for February or July.
