To whom it may concern:
An onsite investigation of the Carol Keehn property, located in
the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 1, T28N-R15W, Town of Cady, St.
Croix County. This onsite revealed suitable soils at a depth of
35" to seasonally saturated soil making this site suitable for a
mound septic system, requiring 12" of sand fill.
