IN THE WISCONSIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (CDBG -ED) PROGRAM

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, federal monies are available under the Wisconsin Community Development Block Grant program,
administered by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Commerce, for the purpose of economic development; and
WHEREAS, after properly noticed public meeting and due consideration, the St. Croix County Administration
Committee has recommended that a fmal application be submitted to the State of Wisconsin for the project
referenced as Long Term Care Group, Inc., Loan; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the County Board of Supervisors to approve the preparation and filing of a fmal
application for St. Croix County to receive funds from this program; and
WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors has reviewed the need for the proposed project and the benefits to be
gained therefrom.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that:
1. St. Croix County, Wisconsin does approve and authorize the preparation and filing of a fmal application
for the Long Term Care Group, Inc., Loan project.
2. The County Board Chairman is hereby authorized to sign all necessary documents on behalf of St.
Croix County.
3. The County Administration Committee is hereby authorized to take the necessary steps to prepare and
file the appropriate final application for funds under the CDBG -ED program in accordance with this
Resolution.
