HUBER LAW PRISONERS

WHEREAS, the cost of maintaining and boarding Huber Law prisoners has substantially
increased since 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Public Protection Committee, pursuant to Wis. Stats. §303.08(4),
recommends to the County Board that said maintenance and boarding charge be raised from $15.00
per day to $19.00 per day.
THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: that the
maintenance and boarding charge for Huber Law prisoners in the St. Croix County Jail shall be
$19.00 per day, effective upon enactment of this ordinance.
