WHEREAS, bids have been received from contractors for the construction of the Farm
Services Agencies building in Baldwin, Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder is Landmark Builders Group, Inc. of Rice
Lake, Wisconsin.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
construction contract for the Farm Services Agencies building be and is hereby awarded to
Landmark Builders Group, Inc. of Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
