WITH PATRICK J. COLLINS FOR PURCHASE OF PERCH LAKE PROPERTY

WHEREAS, on August 19, 1997 the County Board approved the sale of a house and 9.5
acres of land, commonly referred to as the "Perch Lake property" to Patrick J. Collins (Buyer);
and
WHEREAS, Buyer's obligation to close the transaction is contingent on Buyer obtaining a
financing commitment from a lender no later than September 18, 1997; and
WHEREAS, closing is to occur no later than September 30, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Buyer has asked for an extension of those dates; and
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby
approves the amended purchase agreement.
