ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 2.0

WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson adopted amendments to its zoning ordinance on July 1,
1997 as follows:
2.5.1 Permitted Uses in the Agricultural /Residential District
to add: (d) Residential Daycare facility
2.5.6 Special Exceptions
to add: (s) Non - residential Daycare facility (the Town Board shall take consideration of
neighbors oppositions and traffic and road conditions)
2.7.1 Permitted Uses in the Commercial District
to add: (uu) Non - residential Daycare facility
2.8.1 Permitted Uses in the Industrial District
to add: (m) Non - residential Daycare facility
2.9.1 Permitted Uses in the Commercial Light/Industrial District
to add: (a)(9) Non - residential Daycare facility
WHEREAS, Section 60.62 (3), Wisconsin Statutes, requires in counties having a county
zoning ordinance that no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective
unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning and Parks committee has reviewed the proposed
amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
amendment to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance set out above are hereby approved.
