JOSEPH ZONING MAP Resolution No. 3 ( �' St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, land use in the Town of St. Joseph is regulated by the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Town of St. Joseph in the past has experienced uncertainty regarding the zoning of some of its land because of multiple inconsistent maps and other records; and WHEREAS, the Town undertook a process to determine the zoning of its property by examining past maps, records and other evidence; and WHEREAS, public hearings have been held to allow discussion of the zoning issues; and WHEREAS, Resolution 8(95) was adopted by the County Board on April 18, 1995 approving a map of the Town of St. Joseph as showing the correct zoning in the Town; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 8(95) new evidence was discovered which persuaded the County Board of Adjustment and the Planning and Development Committee that the zoning of a parcel of land known as the "Harold W. Carlson property," approximately a 6 acre parcel, was shown incorrectly as commercial property rather than industrial property; and WHEREAS, a map correction is necessary. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the map approved in Resolution 8(95) be corrected to show the Harold W.
