RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A PORTION OF 130TH AVENUE
Resolution No. 5'
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of St. Croix County, the City of Glenwood City,
and the Town of Glenwood that the portion of 130th Avenue between STH 128 and STH
170 in sections 35 and 36, Town of Glenwood, be made a part of the County trunk system
and CTH "G;" and
WHEREAS, inclusion of that section of 130th Avenue would make the County
responsible for all maintenance, upkeep and future construction of the roadway and
roadsides to provide a safe and efficient highway travel route to the public; and
WHEREAS, the City of Glenwood City, the Town of Glenwood, and the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation approve of the inclusion of that section of 130th Avenue in
the County trunk system.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that that
portion of 130th Avenue between STH 128 and STH 170 in sections 35 and 36, Town of
Glenwood be and is hereby made a part of the St. Croix County trunk highway system and
CTH "G."
