ZONING ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE
4.5.2(2) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson adopted an amendment to its zoning
administration ordinance on March 27, 1996, as follows:
Zoning Ordinance 4.5.2(2), Notice of Public Hearing (second
sentence) to read as follows:
Notice of such public hearing specifying the time, place and
matters to come before the board shall be published as a Class I
notice under Chapter 985 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and by giving
notice by mail to all parties in interest.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes, requires in
counties having a county zoning ordinance that no town zoning
ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective unless
approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has reviewed
the proposed amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the amendments to the Town of Hudson Zoning
Ordinance set out above are hereby approved.
