COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE
2.7.1(tt) MINI— STORAGE

WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson adopted an amendment to its
commercial ordinance on July 9, 1996, as follows:
Commercial Ordinance, 2.7.1(tt), Mini Storage to amend
definition of Mini - Storage as follows:
A series of bays, no wider than 20 feet, no longer than 40
feet, connected to each other with common walls and separate
overhead doors with no utilities. No commercial or retail uses
other than the original lease of space is permitted. The retail
sale of storage, packing and moving supplies by the owner /operator
of the mini - storage facility is permitted in the facility office
area.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes, requires in
counties having a county zoning ordinance that no town zoning
ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective unless
approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has reviewed
the proposed amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the amendments to the Town of Hudson Zoning
Ordinance set out above are hereby approved.
