OF THE SALE OF THE 1965 COURTHOUSE TO REDUCING
EMERGENCY 9 -1 -1 SYSTEM DEBT

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the 1965 Courthouse is being sold to the City of Hudson for $400,000;
and
WHEREAS, the net proceeds of the sale could be used to reduce the Emergency 9 -1-
1 System debt of approximately $687,000; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that all of the net proceeds be so allocated.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that upon
receipt of the net proceeds of the sale of the 1965 Courthouse that amount be applied
against the Emergency 9 -1 -1 System debt.
