St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, land use in the Town of St. Joseph is regulated by the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Town of St. Joseph in the past has experienced uncertainty
regarding the zoning of some of its land because of multiple inconsistent maps and other
records; and
WHEREAS, the Town undertook a process to determine the zoning of its property
by examining past maps, records and other evidence; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held to allow discussion of the zoning issues
and needs; and
WHEREAS, the Town believes the attached map describes the zoning of land
presently in the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town of St. Joseph recommends approval of the attached map; and
WHEREAS, the County Planning and Development Committee recommends
approval of the attached map.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that
zoning for the Town of St. Joseph as of this date be and is hereby established by approval
of the attached map as the official zoning map of the Town of St. Joseph.
