St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, the St. Croix County has been an active participant in the West - Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board currently participates in the economic development district activities of the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning - Commission; and WHEREAS, St. Croix County is not statistically qualified to complete its own Overall Economic Development Program for approval by the Economic Development Administration based on current unemployment rates and economic conditions; and WHEREAS, the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission has completed a District Overall Economic Development Program Annual Report which is based, in part, upon input provided by St. Croix County; and WHEREAS, the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission has been officially designated as an Economic Development District by EDA and is the agency responsible for preparing an updated OEDP for the District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, that St. Croix County endorses the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission's Overall Economic Development Program Annual Report 1995- 1996 as it reflects current conditions and needs for St. Croix County. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors supports the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission's application to the Economic Development Administration for lanning funds. � 6 to Dated this . day of , 1995.
