RESOLUTION NO. ).3 (4's)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Transportation Committee is
presently satisfied with the performance of Daniel J. Fedderly,
P.E., Highway Commissioner for St. Croix County, and recommends his
re- appointment as Highway Commissioner to serve at the pleasure of
the Board of Supervisors for an indefinite period; and
WHEREAS, the Highway Commissioner's present term will expire
at midnight, January 7, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors that Daniel J. Fedderly, P.E. is hereby appointed
Highway Commissioner for St. Croix County commencing at 12:01 A.M.,
January 7, 1996 until removal,resignation, incapacity or death.
