RESOLUTION NO. , (
ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Lund Builders, Inc., River Falls, Wisconsin, has re-
quested to purchase a parcel of land of about 0.2 acres from the
County located in the northwest corner of the Government Center
property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Committee recommends the
sale be made as long as it would not be inconsistent with a
County long range plan for the Government Center property; and
WHEREAS, Planning Department staff members believe the sale
would not be inconsistent with a long range plan; and
WHEREAS, an appraisal by Nagel Appraisal Service has valued
the parcel at $6,200.00;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors approves the sale of the following described parcel
for $6,200.00 to Lund Builders, Inc., and, additionally, payment
of the appraisal fee of $300.00;
FURTHER, be it resolved that the County issue a quit claim
deed to Lund Builders, Inc., upon receipt of the sales price of
$6,200.00 and the appraisal fee of $300.00 and a verified legal
description.
