NEW AND UPGRADED POSITIONS FOR 1996

WHEREAS, the County anticipates financial constraints and possible monetary
shortfalls in several funded programs in 1996.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that all
requests for new and upgraded employment positions for 1996 be and are hereby frozen.
