CROIX COUNTY RECORDS RETENTION ORDINANCE Ordinance No. J 7 6 ( 0 o () St. Croix County, Wisconsin The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: WHEREAS, Article IV, sec. 0, par. 4, of the St. Croix County Records Retention Ordinance requires the St. Croix County Nursing Home to retain patient accident reports for 5 years; and WHEREAS, the information contained in the patient accident reports is also contained in the resident's (patient's) medical record, which the Nursing Home is required to keep for 5 years after discharge or death (Article IV, sec. 0, par. 1); and WHEREAS, it is not required that a separate patient accident report be maintained. THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Records Retention Ordinance is amended as follows: Article IV, sec. 0, par. 4 is repealed. Offered by the Administration Committee on January 23, 2001.
