Incinerator toilets are being treated as a privy, just like combosting toilets. Still need drainage
field if there is interior plumbing. AGA, CSA, NSF, UL, Warrenic.. will have to list it, but it won't
be registered in the product book. There is a NSF standard 41 for incinerator toilets. Mike is
going to send me some information via fax.

He stated that he has been living permanently in Deer Park for quite some time now. He does
have a RV unit on the property, but he is only storing it there and has some personal property
inside. He stated that it is mobile/portable. He understands that he may not live in the trailer for
even temporary purposes. I explained that it must remain portable and not become permanent
by any means.
