AS A "WORK CENTER" UNDER SECTION 16.752, WISCONSIN STATUTES

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Health and Human Services Board operates
St. Croix Industries, a vocational rehabilitation program; and
WHEREAS, sec. 16.752, Wisconsin Statutes, now allows a county operated
rehabilitation program to participate in a state procurement program if the county
board designates the rehabilitation program as a "work center;"
WHEREAS, if the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors designates the
Rehabilitation Program as a "work center," we would maintain compliance and
be able to continue to participate in and bid for new state projects;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that St. Croix Industries is hereby established as a work center under sec. 16.752,
Wisconsin Statutes.
