St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, maintaining the present 5.54 mill rate results in property tax increases
to residents of the County due to increases in property values; and
WHEREAS, a 5.30 mill rate would reduce the County portion of property taxes from
their present amount;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that it
hereby establishes a target mill rate for 1995 of 530 and a target mill rate for 1996 of the
State average for that year.
