St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix Valley Professionals, Inc. (Builder) is developing property near
the southwest corner of the County's "Government Center property;" and
WHEREAS, Builder desires to obtain a storm water easement from the County to
drain its property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Committee recommends the granting
of the easement;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
Storm Water Easement attached hereto be and is hereby granted to St. Croix Valley
Professionals, Inc. and that the easement be executed on behalf of the County by the Court
Board Chair and County Clerk.
