RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ELECTION OF VETERANS' SERVICE OFFICER
Resolution No. 3 0-3)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS section 45.43 (1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statutes
directs that a county shall have a Veterans' Service Officer; and
WHEREAS, due to a retirement, a vacancy has occurred in the
office of St. Croix County Veterans' Service Officer; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 45.43 (1) (a), Wisconsin Stat-
utes, the Board of Supervisors shall fill the vacancy of County
Veterans' Service Officer by election for a term which shall
expire the first Monday of January of the second year next suc-
ceeding the election; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee has interviewed appli-
cants and recommends that Lorin Sather be elected County Veter-
ans' Service Officer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors meeting in regular session, confirms that Lorin
Sather is elected St. Croix County Veterans' Service Officer, on
March 16, 1993, for a term which expires on January 2, 1995.
