St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County received an offer to purchase, dated March 9, 1993,
from St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Hudson, Wisconsin for the county property located at
824 4th Street, Hudson for a price of $79,000; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the offer and recommends it be
accepted;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby
approves the offer of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and directs that the transaction be closed
pursuant to the terms of the March 9, 1993 offer to purchase.
