HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 1993 (09) RESOLUTION qq.3) ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY SUPPORTING LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CSLA) MONITORING BOARD WHEREAS, the Human Services Department is mandated to provide community services in a least restrictive manner; and WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has elected to receive newly created Federal funds to administer the CSLA program, enabling more Developmentally Disabled St. Croix County residents to reside in their own homes; and WHEREAS, Federal regulations require the establishment of a "monitoring board" made up of consumers, families, advocates, and providers; and WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has elected to appoint a CSLA "Monitoring Board ", in compliance with Federal Regulations.
