ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 2.7.1 AND SECTION 2.8.1

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the town of Hudson adopted amendments to its zoning ordinance on
March 1, 1993, as follows:
Commercial ordinance, Section 2.7.1, add as a permitted use: (QQ) Fiber
Optic Regeneration Plant
Industrial Ordinance, Section 2.8.1, add as a permitted use: (I) Fiber Optic
Regeneration Plant;
and
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes, requires in counties having a
county zoning ordinance that no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning
ordinance is effective unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Committee has reviewed the proposed
amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
amendments to the town of Hudson zoning ordinance set out above are hereby approved.
