St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Steven J. Payette and Barbara A. Payette have made an offer to
purchase the 1900 Courthouse at 904 Third Street, Hudson, in a written offer dated April
22, 1993, for a price of $195,000; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the provisions of the offer to
purchase and amendment dated April 26, 1993, and recommend that it be accepted.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
offer to purchase the 1900 Courthouse by Steven J. Payette and Barbara A. Payette be and
is hereby accepted.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the sales transaction be closed pursuant to the offer
to purchase dated April 22, 1993 and the amendment dated April 26, 1993, and the County
Board Chair and County Clerk execute the deed.
