ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 2.7.1 AND SECTION 2.8.1

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the town of Hudson adopted amendments to its zoning
ordinance on April 5, 1993, as follows:
Commercial ordinance, Section 2.7.1, add as a permitted use:
(rr) recreational vehicle campground as an accessory to the
following approved uses:
(m) food and convenience stores;
(p) gas stations for use by residents and the traveling
public;
(s) hotels and motels;
(w) health and athletic clubs, including such uses as tennis,
racquetball, basketball, swimming, running tracks, and
exercise rooms;
(ii) restaurants, driveup restaurants and eating
establishments and those having an on -sale liquor license;
all subject to applicable sections of Wisconsin Administrative Code
302.21 Chapter H78.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3),. Wisconsin Statutes, . requires in ..
counties having a county zoning ordinance that no town zoning
ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective unless
approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development committee has reviewed
the proposed amendments and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the amendments to the town of Hudson zoning
ordinance set out above are hereby approved.
