WHEREAS, requests for new and upgraded positions have been reviewed by the
Personnel Committee and Finance Committee; and
WHEREAS, the committees jointly recommend approval of the new and upgraded
positions as listed on the attached;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the attached list of new and upgraded positions be and are hereby approved
as recommended.

1994 NEW OR UPGRADED POSITION REQUESTS
1. Psycho - Social Rehabilitation Specialist - Human Services
The position would be permanent fulitime effective January 3, 1994. This is done
with the understanding that the single position replaces 18 temporary parttime
positions at no cost to the County and further that as a result of this action, there is
an actual cost savings to the County of approximately $3,275.
2. Early Intervention Program Aide - Human Services
The position would be permanent parttime status effective January 3, 1994, with a
"no reprieve" sunset clause so that no County dollars would be used to subsidize the
position. It is noted that these services are required under federal legislation, P.L.
99 -457 Part H.
