Resolution No. 3 6 (q 3)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase the 1900 Courthouse for $100,000.00 has been
received from David G. Tank dated August 27, 1993; and
WHEREAS, if the contingencies of the offer are satisfied, closing of the sale would
be on or before November 24, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends acceptance of the offer.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
offer to purchase the 1900 Courthouse for $100,000.00 received from David G. Tank is
accepted and the sale be closed pursuant to the offer.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the Board Chair and County Clerk execute a deed
on behalf of the County to be delivered to the purchaser at closing.
