HUBER LAW PRISONERS
Resolution No. 35 (93)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, charges to Huber Law Prisoners at St. Croix Conty Jail
for board and maintenance have not been raised for several years,
and
WHEREAS, the cost of meals and laundry has increased, and
WHEREAS, The Public Protection Committee recommends to the County
Board that said board and maintenance charge be raised from
$10.50 per day to $15.00 per day,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the board and
maintenance charge for prisoners on the Huber Law in the St.
Croix County Jail be raised from $10.50 per day to $15.00 per
day, effective upon passage of this Resolution.
