AND APPROVING IMPLEMENTATION OF WAGE
INCREASES FOR UNION AND NON -UNION EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS, the County and the four AFSCME unions - Highway Union, General
Government and Support Services Union, Health Center Union, and Human Services Union
- have reached tentative agreements for the period January 1, 1994 through December 31,
1996; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends approval of the agreements and
implementation of wage increases for union and non -union employees;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
terms and conditions of the agreements and the implementation of wage increases for union
and non -union employees are hereby approved as set forth in the attached memorandum
dated December 21, 1993. / �
