OF CCAP COMPUTER PROGRAM ADDITION

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Clerk of Court's office is scheduled to receive an
addition in December, 1994 to the Circuit Court Automation Project (CCAP) computer
program which will allow automation of all office financial functions, i.e., money receipting,
month -end financial reporting, office account and bank account management, individualized
receipting and balancing by deputies; and
WHEREAS, with the addition of a third circuit court judge in July of 1994 and other
possible demands on staff, the County would like to evaluate in 1994 future Clerk of Court
office needs with the CCAP computer program addition operating; and
WHEREAS, installation in December, 1994 will not allow the County an opportunity
to adequately evaluate the office needs in 1994.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that it
requests an earlier installation date of the CCAP computer program addition to enable the
County to adequately evaluate the future needs of the Clerk of Court (preferably the first
half of 1994);
FURTHER, be it resolved that a copy of this resolution be delivered to:
