TO ST. CROIX VALLEY YMCA/YMCA OF GREATER SAINT PAUL

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the St. Croix Valley YMCA /YMCA of Greater Saint Paul has offered
to purchase 10.8 acres of County property located in the City of Hudson (part of what is
commonly referred to as the Boody property), the legal description is shown on the
attachment; and
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase dated March 4, 1993, has been reviewed by the
Finance committee, which recommends its acceptance;
THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby accepts the offer
of Purchaser, with the following conditions:
1. The County is granted access to its property over the existing road located on
the 10.8 acre parcel for one and one -half years from March 16, 1993.
2. The YMCA assumes responsibility for determining any planned or
commenced public improvements which may result in special assessments or
otherwise materially affect the property;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the transaction be closed pursuant to the offer
to purchase dated March 4, 1993, except for the conditions listed above.
