Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1992 (13) RESOLUTION TO GRANT EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND Resolution No. /3 (9' St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, the City of New Richmond has requested from the County easements in which public utilities may be placed; and WHEREAS, the proposed easement location are shown on the diagram and specifically described on the attachments hereto; and WHEREAS, the City will not assess the County for any increased property value or cost of construction of water mains, sewer mains or electric service and the County will receive no payments for the easements granted; and WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has reviewed the requests and recommends approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the easements shown as attachments be and hereby are approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easement documents in recordable form be executed by the Board Chairman and County Clerk and delivere to the City Clerk.
