St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the City of New Richmond has requested from the County easements
in which public utilities may be placed; and
WHEREAS, the proposed easement location are shown on the diagram and
specifically described on the attachments hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City will not assess the County for any increased property value or
cost of construction of water mains, sewer mains or electric service and the County will
receive no payments for the easements granted; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Board has reviewed the requests and recommends
approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that the easements shown as attachments be and hereby are approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easement documents in recordable form be
executed by the Board Chairman and County Clerk and delivere to the City Clerk.

A temporary easement for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer main and watermain
over, under and across that parcel in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 34 and in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, all in Township 31 North, Range 18 West,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Said easement includes all land of the owner contained in
the following described traverse:
Beginning at the West Quarter corner of said Section 35; thence S 89 ° 10'26"
W, 855.00 feet; thence N 00 ° 49'34" W, 53.00 feet; thence N 89 ° 10'26" E,
822.79; thence N 00 ° 49'34" W. 32.00 feet; thence N 89 ° 10'26" E, 138.45 feet;
thence 5 00 ° 00'00" E, 20.01 feet; thence N 89 ° 10'26" E, 995.10 feet; thence
S 89 ° 50'22" E, 1200.01 feet; thence S 89 ° 38'31" E, 400.01 feet; thence
S 00 ° 00'00" E, 75.00 feet to the quarter line; thence S 90 ° 00'00" W along said
line, 2700 feet to the point of beginning. All bearings contained in the above
described traverse are oriented to the East - West Quarter line assumed to bear
S 90 ° 00'00" W.

said C.S.M., 1277.47 feet to the north line of CTH K; thence N 89 ° 29'12" W,
60.00 feet; thence N 00 ° 00'00" E to the north line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence Easterly, 60.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
