RESOLUTION DESIGNATING JUNE 1992 AS "DAIRY MONTH" IN
ST. CROIX COUNTY

WHEREAS, agriculture is St. Croix County's largest and most
important industry; and
WHEREAS, agriculture sales amounted to $100 million in 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the sale of dairy products amounts to 65% ($65
million) of the total farm product sales; and
WHEREAS, dairy products are wholesome and healthful foods;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the month of June
1992 be proclaimed as "June Dairy Month" in St. Croix County.
