CONSTRUCTION IN EXCESS OF $50,000

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 49(91), which authorizes the borrowing of funds and the
issuance of bonds to construct the Government Center, requires that any item over $50,000
to be paid for out of the construction contingency fund must be approved by the Board of
Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations
(DILHR) is requiring, as an addition to the original plans and specifications, that smoke /fire
dampers be included in the Government Center detention area at a cost of $65,821.00;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that an expenditure of $65,821.00 for smoke /fire dampers be and is hereby approved.
