BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, that
it is necessary and in the best interests of the County to sell and issue its general obligation
bonds pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 67.04(3) and 67.05, in an amount not to
exceed $1,905,000, to refund the outstanding 1994 -2000 maturities of the County's General
Obligation Health Care Center Bonds, dated June 1, 1981, thereby reducing the average
interest rate of the indebtedness and achieving a substantial savings of dollar interest cost.
