SPORTSMENS CLUBS, INC., NOTICE OF SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the St. Croix Alliance of Sportsmen Clubs, Inc., use county land east
of the Health Center complex to raise pheasants; and
WHEREAS, the Alliance would like to receive notice of a sale or other disposition
that would affect their use of that property so as to have adequate time to finish a brood
and move the pens to a new location.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County will give notice as set out above
in the event that the County makes a decision regarding the property that would affect the
Alliance's use of that property.
